"Overall the manager was good to work with. We had no trouble accessing the property or getting what we needed. However, the home had a distinct smell (musty-covered up smoke) that lingered throughout the house. Also, the main bed was very firm, little patting, and very squeaky. It was also hot in the house. The house comes with window AC units and ceiling fans, however the window AC unit in the primary bedroom was very loud and made a whiny sound, making it hard to sleep with. "

"Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee."

"We had a wonderful time at the Homestead! It was a great place to have a couple families come together. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was amazing to be able to bring our pets. Hosts were so accommodating and were quick to respond. Great place to have kids. There was a basketball court and playground right across the street! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and converse with.Everything was clean and well stocked. The upstairs bedroom didnt have a great heat supply for winter time, but with blankets we were fine. Downstairs we had the thermostat at 70 and upstairs would only get to 64.Very quaint house.This will become our regular accomodations when were in town!"
