"The apartment itself was adorable. It was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. My only complaint was that the washer & dryer are not within the unit. The washer & dryer are coin operated and in the basement of the building (which was a little scary for women traveling alone). The VRBO “highlights” of the property stated that there is a washer & dryer. It isn’t until the bottom of the full length description that it mentions that it is coin...

"Wonderful property located minutes from Main St. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting our son at CSU and the house was just about 20-25 minutes away. It was a great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins but still close enough to get to everything easily."

"Jen was a great host! Easy to communicate with from the very first step. The home was very spacious and extremely clean. 100% family friendly The beds were very supportive -a little firmer than the mattresses we use at home, which we all enjoyed tremendously. The home was easy to find and the entry keypad very easy to use upon arrival. I was slightly worried that there would be a ‘cow smell’ in the area as people warned me about it (after I booked) but all was fine- absolutely no smell...

"We had the most enjoyable time during our stay. From the moment we arrived to the “one last look over” at checkout we had absolutely no issues or concerns. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, although we didn’t have the need to converse much since we had all of our needs need met. The home is spacious and beautiful…. and the beds were so comfortable for everyone including the cozy furniture in the living areas.
