"Some of the front desk were very nice, others, not so much. TV in room never worked. Reported and told technician coming, never came. NO HELP with information about restaurants or activities in the city. Finally told try the visitor center. Clean, nice room, nice breakfast."

"It took us about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the hotel is also perfectly placed with easy access to everything in Lucca. The room was perfect and we were able to leave our bags at reception while the room was being finished. Would recommend."
