Beautiful Lucchese Apartment with Stunning Views

  • Apartamento Lucchese hermosa con impresionantes vistas desde la terraza principal sobre los antiguos tejados de la ciudad vieja, y más allá de las hermosas colinas de Lucca y las montañas Garfagnana. Situado dentro de las antiguas murallas y junto a la Via Fillungo, la principal calle comercial peatonal y en Lucca, el apartamento está muy bien situado. Podrá pasear por los piazza para un buen desayuno y disfrutar de un poco de la cultura y la historia de esta ciudad única, antes de salir a las pintorescas colinas de Lucca para una caminata por la tarde. Para los más aventureros, las montañas Garfagnana hacen señas, una zona de gran belleza natural y no más de 40 minutos en coche. Durante el verano, las playas de Viareggio se puede llegar en unos 30 minutos. O simplemente relajarse y pasar el día paseando por las paredes y calles históricas, o de compras en el casco antiguo, donde encontrará variedad fantástica y valor. Por la noche, excelentes restaurantes y bares se encuentran a 5-10 minutos a pie, donde los placeres de la cocina italiana y el vino están esperando.

    El apartamento 3er piso ha sido decorado con buen gusto, viene totalmente equipado para las visitas extendidas, incluyendo aire acondicionado, calefacción central, wi-fi, todos los electrodomésticos modernos y camas súper cómodas! Consta de dos plantas, la planta superior cuenta con un dormitorio principal y baño, sala de estar y la terraza principal. La planta baja tiene tres dormitorios, un baño, cocina y comedor y una habitación con balcón / utilidad. Aparcamiento, taxi y autobús público servicios están disponibles a menos de 150 metros de la propiedad en la plaza de Santa María. Contamos con una extensa colección de DVD y libros para relajarse con y las mascotas son bienvenidas.

A beautiful property in a beautiful city. The flat is as described and more . With all amenities you require. The host messaged several days before check in to give advice on arriving. We were met and shown around the flat and it did not stop there . The following day we were contacted to ensure everything was in order, which it was and the friendliness shown to us made our stay that bit special. Would easily recommend this property and the advert accurately describes the property.

Great place to stay in walled city of Lucca. Rooms were spacious and communication was very clear and easy. We even forgot to return the garbage key and Cristiano met us at the train station to pick it up!

An amazing 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. The upper level provides breathtaking views of the mountains and key sites within the walls. Cristiano, our host, lives next door and was ever so helpful. The location is perfect as it is within the walls and just minutes by foot to all the key touristy points as well as lesser known places. It was so quiet that when opening the. Pots to the patio and balcony the sounds of songbirds was the first sound heard!

The apartment was wonderful - airy , light, roomy and with everything we needed. It accomodated a granny, 2 little girls and their parents with ease, and was so well placed, just inside the walls, that one could walk or wander to all the sites and restaurants. Our favourite bit was sitting on the terrace watching the swifts and swallows wheeling about against the darkening hills and the slow sinking of the sun. Magical!Cristiano was so welcoming and helpful - it was a pleasure to meet him and he explained everything so well and had any problems come up , which didn't happen, I am sure he would have been able to sort them out. It was very hot during our stay so the air conditioning was lovely to have. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and with the help of a marvellous book of recipes left out for us we enjoyed several successful attempts at Italian recipes.If Lucca is your destination, book Rita's apartment - it was absolutely perfect!

A wonderful stay in Lucca - the unit checked all the boxes - clean, well stocked, great location with accurate description and our host Cristiano was very helpful. He met us as planned -helped us with parking, areas to explore and any questions that might pop up - he was quick to respond to text messages. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This property is stylish, spacious, airconditioned, has a full kitchen, pretty views, great water pressure in the downstairs shower, is close to shops and is quiet. Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had room to spread out and relax here.

This apartment was perfect in every way. Everything was very clean. The apartment was well equipped, the WiFi reliable. The upstairs terrace in spectacular! The location of the apartment was perfect, a short walk to the Lucca Wall or into to town and easy drop off / pick up for our transportation. Cristiano was very thoughtful and thorough, his walkthrough of the apartment upon our arrival was perfect. Highly recommend this apartment!

Rita's place was a real home. Great furnishings, comfortable king bed, effective AC, all the kitchen equipment you'd need, great balcony view, nice wall art, and Christiano just across the landing to help us with every question. We loved the location very near the social wine bar gatherings, but far enough away for it to be a quite night at #66. Short walk to the spendid Antifeatro where we ate three dinners, and very close to a wall entrance where we rode bikes. Thank you Rita for creating such a lovely place for us!

We have had a great week in Lucca and in the apartment! The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a large balcony. The apartment is in the city center with café, restaurants and bars just around the corner. Cristiano responded quickly and was very helpful when we had questions. We took the train to beaches, Pisa and Cinqe terre. We rented a car to visit vineyards in the area around Lucca.

We could live here!

Our family had the most incredible time in Lucca and the apartment made our stay feel like we were home. It is beautifully appointed and the location couldn’t be better. Cristiano is an excellent host. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Wonderful Lucca apartment!

This property is inside the historic walls and perfectly located, close to everything! The apartment had everything we needed - terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Lucca is a charming town with beautiful architecture, very good restaurants and cafes, and close to hiking in the hills and mountains. It was great to be able to get around without a car using the trains. We hope to be back!

Great appartment

This is without doubt one of the most beautiful apartments in Lucca within its category. Featuring four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a marvelous terrace, and air conditioning throughout, it offers everything needed for a memorable stay. While there are a few minor details that could use attention — such as replacing the showerheads, and some other minor things — the overall quality and comfort are exceptional. Having visited many apartments in Lucca, this one stands out as the very best. We will certainly be returning.

Never disappoints

Have been going to this apartment for several years and love it. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Shaded terrace with lovely views a big plus. Cristiano is always so helpful and welcoming. His home- made pizza the best we’ve ever tasted!

Spacious apartment in Lucca

We came as 5 family members. The apartment is beautifully decorated and a great location. Plenty of room for everyone. We cooked many meals together and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cristiano, the property manager was very helpful. This is a great apartment for a family or group of friends coming to see lovely Lucca

Wunderschöne Tage in Lucca!

Wir hatten als 6-köpfige Familie herrliche Tage in dieser wunderschönen Dachgeschosswohnung. Supergemütlich, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, herrliche Betten-es war einfach toll!!! Vielen Dank an Cristiano für die freundliche Übergabe, er war sofort erreichbar als wir eine Rückfrage hatten und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Absolutely the best house in Lucca!

It is extremely well decorated, all new furniture and fixtures. You will be a 5 minute walk to the main Piazza, inside the city center walls. Perfect Management.
