"This cottage is a breath of fresh air! It was just what we needed to restore us. Beautiful views of the marsh and ocean. I loved waking up to those views each day from the bedroom! We sat and watched so many birds and the tide change each day from the upstairs balcony. My teens had a wonderful time. This was their third visit to the cottage while growing up and it is their favorite place they’ve ever stayed. This trip was a graduation present to my son (this very cottage is where he asked to...

"Jamie and Damon provided everything to make this stay enjoyable. They even provided firewood for the outdoor pit and ingredients for smores!!! What a beautiful, tranquil spot, close to walking trails and the beach. Would highly recommend for your vacation!"

"Firstly Kelly the property manager was amazing when I had a problem with my credit card. Second, the house was very clean! The house was just right for us. Cozy and has good vibes:) yard for the kids and hammock were lovely and can’t beat the kitchen view. Location is close to Quoddy light and lubec center and groceries. All you need is within 10 min. We would happily stay in this sweet little house again."

"The house was amazing! Lots of Victorian decor. Centrally located in Lubec to all the tourist attractions we were interested in seeing. Geno was a great host. "We had a really lovely stay. It was a great home base for exploring the bold coast area. Watching the sunrise from the beach (which you can access by a sweet path) is a must do. We would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"For us, the large, securely fenced yard made all the difference for our Jack Russell. Beautiful views of the bay from the porch, the living area, and the upstairs bed room. The upstairs bedroom was very comfortable although the stairs are a little steep. Our host was quick to respond to any of our questions and the house is an easy drive to a well stocked IGA grocery store. I recommend bringing your passport and going to Campobello Island. See Liberty Point for some beautiful cliff views."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is very large, and the hosts have added so may extra touches, that make it really feel like a home. It's beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is equipped with anything that you might need. "We spent 4 nights at Birch Haven in July. It’s in a lovely, quiet, remote location just under 9 miles from Lubec. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable, surrounded by woods.
