    Sleeps 5. Perfect for a family trip to a wedding, graduation, college game, or special event. Two bedrooms, each with a queen, offer privacy and the couch folds down into a spare bed. Two full baths allow your whole crew to get ready without waiting in line for the shower. High-speed Internet and cable TV provide lots of entertainment while you're in the house. Master bedroom has private bathroom and walk-in closet. Kitchen comes with everything you need for a home cooked meal except food: microwave, coffee pot, pots & pans, dinnerware, etc. Clothes washer and dryer are included in case you spill a drink rooting for the home team and need to wash some clothes. You are across the street from Lubbock's hottest new shopping & dining area, West End. Texas Tech and the Medical District are only 10 minutes away and Downtown with its Art District are just a minute or two beyond that.

Excellent host! Loved the handwritten note and snacks left by the host! The townhome was perfect for us - perfect location, ample room and complete with a small fenced back yard for the kids.

Was great stay visiting my girlfriend in Lubbock for the first time! She and I were very impressed with the townhome. It was compared to a 5 star rated hotel stay that we had the same week in Lubbock and hands down we both thought that this space was better than th 5 star hotel charging a hire rate. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping, the University, and bars. No more than 10 minutes from everything you want or need to go to. The space was clean and bright and as advertised. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The Townhouse was a Perfect Stay

The townhouse is located in a perfect location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The place is clean, organized and nicely furnished. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lubbock.

Graduation Weekend Bargain

We booked well in advance for graduation weekend at a fair price, not inflated for graduation. The property is very clean and conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Moving family member to town

The property was great for our stay to help move our daughter to town for Grad. School. Great price compared to local hotels to have our own space to relax. Host was helpful giving ideas for local store and restaurants! Will stay again forsure.

The hosts for this property are excellent. The property was cute with modern styling making it warm and cozy for our family stay. We had everything we needed and we were all pleased to have gone this route instead of a hotel. We will be back for sure.

We were very happy with our recent stay. Upon arrival we had some concerns but upon entering the home that all went away. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to campus and all the surrounding area. If we come to Lubbock again would book every time.

Great Football Weekend Stay

Location is close to Milwaukee Rd with lots of entertainment, dining, and shopping options. Was in town for Tech football game and location is close enough to campus making drive convenient. Townhouse was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Welcome email with weather info and bag of goodies was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
