Harmony Home - 4/2 sleeps 11, 1 mile to Texas Tech

Welcome to Harmony Home in the Heart of Lubbock! Centrally located within walking distance of The Medical District/Maxey Park, and a 5-minute drive to Texas Tech, Tech Terrace, Dining, and Shopping. Sleeps up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms including 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and rollaway. The living room and all bedrooms include a smart TV. Plenty of parking is available including a 5-car driveway and a carport in the rear. Harmony Home is Wheelchair Accessible with ramp, large doorways, and wheelchair accessible shower. Great home for entertaining!

Home Space:
Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The kids bonus room has a single bed along with an optional rollaway bed. The bathrooms have fresh towels and toiletries including shampoo and body wash. Extra blankets, linens, and towels are also provided.

The kitchen is designed with a granite countertop and equipped with everything you will need to prepare a homemade meal - refrigerator, microwave, cook top/oven, and coffee pot! On hand are dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans, hand towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, waters, and snacks. The dining room seats 4 with extra chairs to provide plenty of seating options.

A laundry room is included with full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Outdoor Space:
Relax on the patio in the backyard with a cup of coffee or hot tea with a pet friendly privacy fence, large patio, and BBQ grill.

There's plenty of parking on the property either the front driveway, on the street, or in the covered carport accessed from the alley, and even sufficient space to park an RV next to the carport if needed.

Excellent place to stay. Had everything we needed. Was close to Texas Tech as well as stores and restaurants. Clean house and furnishings are great. Only thing that we experienced was allergies. Something on the side where the house has three rooms made us really allergic. Not sure if it’s the AC, maybe the ceiling fans, or there might have been pets previously or perhaps a bit of dust in the air. Something made all of us have allergies. Other than that, it was excellent and I would stay again.

Perfect for access to Tech

We were in town for graduation with elderly grandparents. The walk in shower was perfect for accessibility. The shower head in the second shower might be the best ever! Home was clean and well appointed and hosts are responsive and accommodating! Was the perfect spot for us with vetting age ranges and 2 small dogs!

Awesome property

Everything about Harmony Home was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. Easy access to TTU and Marsha Sharpe Fwy. We would definitely stay here again.

PT Graduation

Close and convenient if you're coming for anything Texas Tech related. Cozy, clean, comfortable home most amenities anyone could need. One small suggestion is to have tissue available so as to not have to use TP. Lastly, you will be visited by two cute fox that are in the backyard, at least both mornings we were there. They don't bother anyone and scoot along if you walk through to get to the dumpster. Very attentive hosts, thank you.
