Very clean well decorated and appointed. Quiet neighborhood with garage and driveway for excellent parking. King size beds in all 3 rooms is nice. Great privacy for with bathrooms in each bedroom. Family friendly with plenty of eating space. Near major shopping area with higher end stores. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay, very clean, had all the things you would need towels, tooth brushes to etc.! So close to the places we wanted to go which was a plus! The host was very friendly ane responded quickly when i had questions! I will definitely be using him again in the future

Excellent space and comfort

Loved that every room had a full size bathroom, place was very sanitary, family was comfortable, it was home away from home. Host was easy to communicate with, all needs were met with great satisfaction.

This rental was perfect for our stay. We had three couples & each had their own room/bathroom suite. I went to bed early, and the hang out area being downstairs was perfect for sound separation. We will definitely be staying here again.

Was here for a Men conference. Was just 4 mins away from conference facility. The property was exactly as advertised. Was clean, cozy and spacious. The property owner was so easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Family Event

We came to Lubbock for a graduation in the family and had to accommodate three couples and a single traveler. The house was perfect for us and half the price of a hotel. Clean, easy to access, and located close to the United Arena. We would do this again.

Wonderful location to shopping, restaurants, etc. Very clean with detail in the decor. Full stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was supplied. Host was very quick responding to my questions.

Overall good experience. Recommend having hangers in the closets. Also recommend step stool for bed that sat very high, it was difficult for a short guest to get into bed.

This townhome and location was amazing for my son’s graduation. The accommodations and attention to detail in every room is unbelievable. For example in each bedroom on each nightstand there are multiple outlets for you to plug in all devices. This is an incredible touch. Also every bathroom is well stocked of towels, toilet paper etc. So much room for family with adult children. Trent was very responsive and easy to talk to. If you are in Lubbock for any reason, this is the place to stay.
