"We went to a nearby festival during the evening and enjoyed the comfort of your place during the day. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It worked perfect for our family!"

"Clean & well maintained. Upstairs living room could have used one more comfy chair & kitchen could have used more yellow light (less white light bulbs) but overall beds were comfy and it was a really nice stay."

"Such a wonderful place. Swimming was easy for young children at the pier. Rented their pontoon w/slide, probably the most enjoyed event for the kids. Newly renovated and well maintained. Neatly decorated and all the amenities included. The movie theater was a huge plus for everyone, the popcorn popper also a hit but bring your own prepackaged popcorn. Ryan the host answers his phone all the time and nice to work with. Very pleased!!"

"This is a great little cabin. Our stay was two families and the layout was perfect. It was warm with the only AC being in the upstairs loft area. The kids loved exploring the woods and little pond. We enjoyed night around the campfire and coffee on the deck each morning. "

"Property was great. Loved the pool. Water in the reservoir/lake was not the best, but still got out to kayak, canoe, and did a little fishing. Very well stocked as others had mentioned. Plenty of board games, shuffleboard, chess board, etc to keep the kids and adults entertained. Hope to be back someday! Thanks!"

"We love staying at Sunset Pines. It is quiet and clean. The cabins are open concept and nice. "

"My group loved staying in the Bear cabin. It’s in a perfect location with a restaurant on the property and a tiki bar across the street. It also had all the amenities we needed. Hoping to book it again for our get together next year."

"The house works great for our four wheeling group. Clean showers, enough bathroom space, private bedrooms. And other properties right by for our bigger group. The fire pit is nice. Being next to the restaurant and tiki bar is a bonus. Close the trials for riding!"
