"Hotel was okay, clean which was satisfactory, breakfast was good. Staff at the front desk was pleasant. However, we stayed for 4 nights and not a single day did house keeping enter the room to clean. We had to request towels by the night front staff desk."

"It’s very cool. It’s small though just fyi, two people bump into each other, that isn’t a defect, just make sure you go with someone you like. The shower is nice, multiple settings for the shower heat, nice hot water. The mattress is firm, very big bed. Parking right out front. Camp Fire, there’s a grill already there. Cabinet space, the fridge is small but works well. Bring your own ice. Overall a very unique experience."

"Very clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and pool area was VERY clean and well maintained!! Spent all day by the pool,, appreciated the umbrella tables and chairs for our picnic lunch.
Only issue was lighting in hallways was dim, energy saver bulbs not bright enough.
Will return again next summer!"

The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy"

The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell.
The breakfast was very limited.
Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway.
I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."

"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."
