This newly renovated 4 bedroomed, luxurious home has breathtaking views of Coronet Peak and the Shotover River. It is everything you could want for a memorable stay in one of the most beautiful destinations in the World.
Ideal for Families, Couples and large groups.
Come and immerse yourself in the truely peaceful, tranquil atmosphere, and take in the fabulous scenery,
You will not want to leave!

LOCATION

This is a Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown traffic. A 4 minute drive to Five Mile shopping Centre. 15 minutes to Arrowtown and 15 minutes to Queenstown. Located in Lower Shotover

KITCHEN AND LIVING:

In the kitchen and living area, you’ll immediately appreciate having everything you need at your fingertips – just like home. The open plan Kitchen, dining and living area completes the space with a large flat screen TV, with comfortable, contemporary seating and a heat pump/air conditioning unit. A separate lounge area with a TV and an open fire for the perfect ambience.

OUTDOORS:

A large outdoor area to explore, The perfect spot for relaxing with a Central Otago pinot after a busy day up the slopes or at any of Queenstown’s world-renowned sights and activities.

ENTERTAINMENT:

TV in the living room, and lounge. You'll also enjoy unlimited WiFi and SKY TV.

The bedrooms all boast brand new, top quality beds with luxurious comfort toppers. There are 4 bedrooms all stylishly decorated, and 2 modern bathrooms:

Stunning views at this lovely home

Absolutely perfect stay at Shelley's place. The views are incredible. Location was ideal, the house was well appointed with comfy beds. So private and tucked away with so much space. Will definitely be back again.

Shelley was a wonderful host. So responsive and accommodating. Her home is stunning. Modern and clean. The views are breath taking. Our families had an amazing time and would highly recommend. A wonderful house in a glorious location

What a gorgeous property with all the bits and pieces needed for an easy stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend, as were the electric blankets, fireplace and heaters (we're from Perth so -2 deg temps were VERY chilly for us!). Spacious rooms, plenty of seating, kitchen was well-equipped. Huge fridge too. The views - WOW. Snowcapped mountains in the near distance took our breath away every time we looked outside. Shelley was so quick to respond to any questions, and made sure our stay was perfect. Location is about 5-10 min from a major supermarket and shopping outlets, very handy. A little further from central Queenstown but we didn't mind the drive. If we ever come back to Queenstown, we'd love to stay again. Thanks for having us Shelley!

Magnificent views minutes from Queenstown

This house on Lower Shotover is a resort. I’ve never seen a better stocked VRBO. the hosts are super helpful and everything is clear. We absolutely loved our stay here. The paragliding in town up the gondola is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Everything was wonderful

Couldn't fault this stay - we had a great time and the space was perfect. Beautiful views and everything in the kitchen that we needed. We didn't really go too far as the space was so lovely to relax in! If thinking of going, do book, it is worth it!

Amazing Stay

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Shelley’s property and already have it top of mind to return to next summer. The outdoor area was perfect to setup some outdoor games and sit outside while cooking up a BBQ. It felt nice and private and away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river was a bonus and it was only a short walk to get there. The accommodation was only a 20 min drive to Queenstown centre and a 5 min drive to the nearest shopping centre with supermarkets etc, it was also nice and close to all the wineries and other amazing spots. Shelley made the whole process super easy and we can’t wait to return ☺️

Simply Amazing

Shelley was a fantastic communicator, the house was immaculately clean and tidy, everything was easy to find. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are rebooking for another get together right after leaving this review. The views were amazing, the location is private and remote but close enough to town that it's only a short drive. We had a spectacular time. We cannot recommend this house and Shelley's Hospitality more!
