Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out.

Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa
Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. Breakfast staff not brilliant either. Asked for a pot to put sauce in too be told to put straight on plate, why? Lager in bar was flat ...

Belgrade Plaza Serviced Apartments
The apartment had everything i needed for a self catering stay. The kitchen is equiped and there are shops nearby. The location is central and it is easy to get around via public transport. The apartment was clean and the decor could do with refreshing but that did not ddistract from a good stay. ...
