The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, while a separate WC is also available on this level. Direct access from the ground floor leads to a large terrace of 50 square metres and to the swimming pool, making outdoor living an effortless extension of the interior space.

On the upper floor, 3 generously sized bedrooms each feature a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, an en-suite shower room with WC, a flat-screen satellite TV, and individual air conditioning. The first bedroom on this floor offers access to a balcony of 10 square metres. The remaining 2 bedrooms each benefit from panoramic windows that frame breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding resort. A partly roofed terrace of 30 square metres further enhances the outdoor offering on this level.
