Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the geese, ducks (and saw a blue heron and fish as well), in the little water way to the lake. Clean house and owners were so responsive! Comfortable bed and the living room chairs were great! We give our highest possible rating. Loved it.

Cute place but it is inside the hosts home

The place was cute and comfortable but small. The bed was nice and comfortable, but you have to walk through the dining room of the hosts house and it is a little awkward.

Quiet lovely spot

We were staying in Loveland for parents weekend at CSU. This spot gave us a quick route to the school but also the distance to enjoy ourselves once activities were done. Great neighborhood and areas to eat/drink right close by.

Perfect!

Wonderfully welcoming! I met one of the owners and she was very polite. I loved the back deck to sit and relax. The mini refrigerator was a nice convenience. The place was very clean. I have no complaints and would definitely come back.

Comfortable and quiet

I was impressed with the size of the property (perfect for one or two people). The balcony would be a wonderful spot to relax. I didn't get the opportunity because there was a snow storm! But that gave me the chance to spend some cozy time by the fireplace. The location is ideal for anything you want to do in or around Loveland. The property owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Neighbor Hosts

Our Neighbor Host experience was great from the door entrance (Evolve VRBO management failed to communicate check-in details) as I had to interrupt the host family during late evening hours… The hosts were great neighbors to have, the home was beautifully kept with all the accommodations we needed, the neighborhood was safe and well maintained with beautiful views. Thank you for the hospitality … and open communications during our stay!

A pleasant place to stay during my visit to see my family

This location and apartment was very pleasant to stay while visiting my daughter and her husband. I love being next to the water and it was very peaceful here. As a writer I found it a great place to write as it was quiet and peaceful . I will come here again when I visit my family . I regret not bringing my fly rod however! As a VRB0 owner I will this a big thumbs up!

Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable

The hosts are friendly, helpful, readily available when needed. Unit is above a narrow canal between two lakes and the water can be viewed through the trees just below the deck, not ON the lake. Furnishings are very homey and comfortable. A very positive experience. House is connected to the owners home and in a neighborhood cul de sac. Very quiet.

Very cute place

This place was absolutely adorable. It made it easy to connect with our family in Loveland. The parking is a bit strange in the cul-de-sac but there were nights we got back after midnight and still found a spot. It is in such a cool location and they have really decorated it to feel so warm and inviting. We loved it.
