• The private outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally each year from Memorial Day through September 30. The pool is closed outside of these dates.

• The fireplace in the living room is decorative and non-functional.

• Pack n play and high chair are provided upon request for families traveling with young children.

• Long-term stays are welcome.



For guest and property security, there are 2 exterior security cameras:

• 1 exterior camera is mounted at the front door and monitors the walkway into the home with a partial view toward the driveway.

• 1 exterior camera is mounted on the exterior garage and monitors the driveway with a partial view of the patio and yard area.

There are no interior security cameras.
