Our Dream House in Loutraki Heraion (Villa Oneiro) is a superb beach house situated 16 km from the town of Loutraki, only 1,5 hours from the city of Athens and 250 m from the magnificent salt lake of Heraion-Vouliagmeni.
Overlooking the lake with sea water and the Corinthian gulf, the house is equipped with a private swimming pool and offers all the facilities for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The house also provides all the amenities and facilities and is ideal for the a wedding reception, bachelor parties and other events.
Situated in a walking distance from the beach, granting stunning sea views and quiet neighborhood guarantees privacy for the guests.
Car is recommended for visiting the nearest town of Loutraki just 20 min drive with essential holiday facilities, taverns and shops.
The house accommodates mainly 6 persons but may also accommodate up to 10 with some adjustments (the loft) and is ideal for a large group of friends or family.

The house consists of a lounge with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dish washer, 3 bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 WC.
The loft (exceptional use in case of more than 6 guests cost calculated per person) consists of 1 more bedroom with a double bed, 1 full bathroom, and a couch that converts to double bed.
A house ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

Facilities : Fireplace, A/C throughout the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking tools and appliances, fridge, oven and stove, coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, full set of crockery. pots and pans. Minimum stay 3 nights

It has a 4 acres garden with lots of trees and flowers, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a barbeque house and shaded parking area for 2 cars is just below the villa.
A unique feature of this villa is the swimming pool and BBQ, a Swimming Pool.
The swimming pool is 11 x 4 meters with jacuzzi ideal for refreshing dip during hot summertime.
For those who prefer sea, the beach is easily accessible in a short walk.

BBQ area : There is a whole separate building in the garden, fully equipped with kitchen services and a very large BBQ, great to host and entertain up to 20 persons so that whole family can enjoy delicious alfresco dinner.

You have to book this place!

It's about an hour and 20 minutes outside of Athens. We spent our week at this gorgeous home and have never felt so refreshed. The town nearby is cute and has a lot of shops and a great spa. There's a lookout by the lighthouse right down the road and the restaurants nearby were all great. The host was super helpful and easily contacted. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're traveling with a group. 10/10 I would book this place again.

Wonderful place to get away from it all!!

Billi is an awesome host, super accomodating, very responsive to requests and questions, very informative to the local area....can not say enough about her and her property. We did a week in Athens first, which is very busy and was not a relaxing portion of our vacation, nor did we expect it to be. We followed that week with a week in Billi's house in Perachora.....so glad we did. So easy to relax here, such a quite place to unwind and let the last weeks anxiety of crazy Athens uptempo life slide away. The trip to Hera's temple and swim at the beautiful Heraion Bay beach, and even swim in Lake Vouliagmeni from the side of the road (didn't try using the "resort" beach front places to rent a chair or lounger....just parked the car and hoped in the lake, it's awesome! We loved our time at her property, the grill area was accomodating for our family, the pool is such a welcome relief to the summer heat if we didn't make the trip to the lake or beach, the views are awesome, wether for breakfast with a coffee and pastry in the morning, or a beer or mixed drink in the evening at dusk. We really will be coming back!

Beautiful home - off the beaten path!

This house truly fit our needs. We wanted something very comfortable and away from the crowds. Billi's home had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We were able to get to the more active area of Loutraki after a short drive if we wanted more dining options, night life, shopping, etc. The lake near the house is most unique and quite beautiful, however the walk down to it is a tad difficult. Local tavernas on the lake offered small menus but cold drinks and were very friendly. The historical sites within driving distance definitely added to our stay - including the 1 1/2 hour drive back to Athens for a day trip. The home has all amenities needed to cook for yourself. There are many items above and beyond what you might expect. Our group had two couples and each brought a son with them. We had PLENTY of space and truly enjoyed the pool! Billi was available for any minor questions we had, and was not in the ground floor owner's space at all during our stay. The views of the lake, the sea, and surrounding mountains are spectacular from the 2nd and 3rd floor verandas. We had a great stay!

Unik bolig af høj kvalitet, skøn beliggenhed og fantastisk udsigt

Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale denne bolig til andre familier som ønsker en ferie i ro og skønne omgivelser. Huset er opført i de bedste materialer og der er tænkt på alle detaljer. Alle vinduer har insektnet og skodder, køkkenet er fuldt udstyret, der er god plads både inde og ude på de store terasser. Poolen er tilpas både til leg og svømning. Den udendørs grill/pizza bygning - for det er en separat bygning der er helt unit - er indrettet med køkken og spisepladser. Haven er yderst velholdt og smuk. Vi brugte mange timer på terrassen og nød såvel morgen"kulden" som vindpust om eftermiddag/aftenen. Solnedgangen var et tilløbsstykke hver dag - utrolig smuk og alligevel forskellig fra dag til dag. Ejeren er utrolig imødekommende og det var en meget varm velkomst som mødte os og en detaljeret gennemgang af hus såvel som positiv interesse for os som lejere. Billi stod altid på tæer for os, så var der det mindste spørgsmål blev det klaret på ingen tid. Inden for 5-10 min ligger den nærmeste by, hvor dagligvarer fint kan indkøbes. Supermarkedet dækker alle behov og alene 10 min. kørsel mere så er du i Loutraki med endnu flere indkøbsmuligheder. Dette skønne paradis og ejeren Billi får vores varmeste anbefalinger. Vi vil meget gerne tilbage næste gang turen går til Grækenland. Bedste hilsner, Marianne og familie samt venner
