The house is close to village amenities (grocery store), in a rural setting, next to the owners' horticultural farm. You will have access to a large 5,000 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Entirely on one level, the cottage consists of a bright living room with dining room and TV lounge opening onto the covered terrace, a fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 80x190), a shower room and a separate toilet. A laundry area is available in the garage (no possibility of entering a vehicle). Parking is inside the property. Cottage equipped with electric heating. Sheets and kitchen linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service).
