Freshly remodeled and situated in the fantastic Highlands neighborhood - The Wanderlust is ready to welcome your group to exciting new experiences. This isn't your average house - and it's beautifully designed and nicely equipped just for you!

The Space:
Bedroom 2 full bath, 3 king beds, 2 queen beds - Lots of room for everyone with plenty of seating in the huge open floorpan that accommodates everyone.

Oh - did we mention the new deck and premium outdoor space? Equipped with fire pit, grill, and a hot tub!

Proximity to excitement:
-Bars, Boutiques, Dining, and Nightlife: 5 minute walk
-Downtown (4th St live and International Convention Center) - 2 miles
-Churchill Downs - 4.5 miles
-Fair & Expo Center - 3.5 miles
-Airport - 6 miles


Off street parking is along the side of the house - easily fits 3-4 vehicles.

The property was great! Close to activities and easy to get around Louisville from the house. The amenities were great. The house was clean and well suited for families. We each had our own room. There was plenty of seating to have conversation and large dinners. Host left detailed instructions for check in and check out.
A very nice way to spend some time on a Saturday afternoon.

This charming home accommodated 2 couples and 4 children ages 15, 13, 12, and 4 beautifully. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 upstairs. The bathrooms are located in the hall on both floors making them easily accessible to everyone. The backyard was our gathering spot at night to wind down. Also we loved that we could all sit around the table! If you have a little one you may consider bringing a gate for the steps. We were in town for the state fair and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

This was our family refuge during our daughter's wedding. It was perfect for a family as large as ours! We were 4 miles from everything where needed to be and we had a place we could escape to rest when we needed it! Thank you! Oh and my granddaugher talked to the painting in the front bedroom downstairs every night (it was above her basinett) our family named him James!

Such a great place for a big group. My husband and I were able to check in easily, but the door was a little hard to open. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The location is about a 10 minute drive to Kentucky Kingdom and that’s the reason we chose this place.

Loving Louisville

Had so much fun visiting our favorite bourbon distilleries and great neighborhoods that we had overlooked before. By staying at this property, it opened our eyes to different possibilities and we loved it! Great location and could have held so many more people than just the two of us! Can't wait to come back to Louisville!

Spacious and clean house!

Had a great stay here with friends. Good amount of space for 4 of us with an extra 5th bedroom unused.About 8-10 minutes from Main St as well so easy to get in and out of the centre.Responded quickly to a simple request as well.Would happily stay here again if I'm back in Louisville!

Boys Bourbon Trip

4 guys in our group. We all had big comfy beds and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit outside. Would recommend!
