Spacious home recently remolded. All new appliances, cabinets, flooring, and bathrooms. Five bedrooms, three with private baths. Master with wet bar. Enclosed Play yard. Located conveniently to Churchill Downs and the Bourbon Trail.

Great Stay 30 Min From Louisville Center

This was a great house for us to stay in. We stayed for work in Louisville. It was about a half hour from downtown and was good for us. Plenty of room.

Bourbon trip group

Ron was a fantastic host! We had a group visiting the area to do the Bourbon trail and this house was a great central location. The house had plenty of space for our group of 8 and Ron was extremely easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Large home with 5 bedrooms was great for a larger group.

Plenty of room for 8 adults (3 couples and 2 singles). Our 1 issue is that it is listed as having a hot tub, but that is not the case. While there is a yard with a swing, there is no patio or deck to sit outside. There is no evidence of ever having a hot tub. The location is good to visit bourbon country, and the inside is clean and comfortable. We had sufficient cookware and dishes for cooking breakfast and dinner. It’s hard to find a 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath place to stay, but this worked great for us.

Wonderful House for Thanksgiving

Our family had a great stay in Mount Washington for Thanksgiving. We had three generations in the house staying together, and it was perfect for what we all needed. Every bedroom except one has its own connected bathroom, which made showers and getting ready so easy. Amazingly, we never ran out of hot water! Big plus! The house has been completely renovated and everything is new and beautiful. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The TVs were connected to almost every streaming platform, which was amazing. For a family with young children, having “our shows” easily accessible was an added benefit that made our stay that much less stressful. The house is so spacious! Plenty of room for everyone. Ron was a great host, and always responded quickly to any question. He’s a gem.
