This Key Club has a style all its own. Located in Historic Butchertown ,it is close to all the Bourbon, restaurants, shops and nightlife in NULU and Downtown Louisville. Catch a game at Lynn Family Stadium or Louisville Slugger, both walking distance. We aim to provide a unique experience while in town. Our living room is full of photo opportunities to capture your vacation on the throne under gettin lucky in Kentucky or on the sofa under the wall of mirrors.

Fun and Spacious for Group

Me, my husband, 3 kids, and my parents stayed here for my graduation ceremony that was being held in Louisville. Check in and communication with the host was smooth. Loved chair, the backdrop, and props. It made our photos that much more memorable. The location was close to most sites, but in a quiet area. The place was large enough for all of us without being on top of each other. Everything was spacious and clean. There were tvs in each room, and the beds were comfortable. The black blankets were so warm and comfy, I decided to order me some. The only issue I experienced was the noise from the apartment upstairs. The old wooden floors are very noisy with foot steps. Overall our stay was wonderful and I'd recommend staying here if you have a group visiting Louisville.

Great property, plenty of space, easy check in/check out. It was quite cold inside and we couldn't find a thermostat, but that was the only downside.

Close to things

The house is large but the heat doesn’t get to all the bedrooms. The two couches though pretty aren’t very comfortable for sitting & relaxing. The house itself has 3 “apartments” you’re in the large downstairs one & theres 2 that are upstairs that you can hear people above you. We travel a lot for livestock shows and often just look forward to relaxing and sleeping in our VRBOs.

Nice place, cozy. All of the other guests were there for the same music festival. All were very nice. Even met the host of the units upstairs and he was very pleasant.

Perfect for a Bachelorette Party!

There were 7 of us who came to Louisville for my sister’s bachelorette party. We were super impressed with the Key Club. It was spacious and so cute on the inside. Bradley gave clear check in instructions and was fairly responsive. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels. I asked via VRBO messages where the extra was and never heard back. I had brought my own paper towels so it wasn’t a big deal there but 7 women running out of toilet paper was stressful. Parking was okay, we comfortably fit one SUV in the front spot and the others parked on the street. We had parked in the back but someone from another unit came and knocked on our door to have us move because it was apparently reserved (nothing was posted as such.) Easy to find, convenient location, and very clean. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent Property

The house looks a bit bigger in pictures, but was plenty sufficient for 7 people. Large side yard so bring your yard games. Host was very responsive and accommodating. we asked if there was a propane grill there, he said no...but there would be one there before we arrive...and it was! Only critique...not enough silverware, and can use more seating in the TV room, but we survived. Excellent Stay and Excellent host

Key Club

Cool place, the hat selection and photo ops were a good time, host was really easy to work with. It would be nice if there was a sheet somewhere with info, like wifi, what you want done with towels, bedding, etc. I hope we did a good job since we really weren't sure 😃
