We loved our stay! Perfect location as we were in town for a basketball tournament and needed to go to the Kentucky Expo Center every day and we're only 11 min away! We loved the house, huge for just the 4 of us. We could have had another family stay with us. Clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, couches fit the whole family and kitchen had everything we needed. Also nice touches like snacks in the kitchen, Kleenex in the bathrooms and etc that I don't see in most VRBOs. We would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

The home was perfect for our recent group trip to Louisville’s Whiskey Row, Louisville Slugger Museum, and Louisville Cardinals baseball game. It was within walking distance of great restaurants and all of our intended destinations. The amenities were wonderful, the house was clean, and there was plenty of parking in a very peaceful neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. James was helpful with check in and dropped off snacks and coffee. The house was perfect for our large group.

Great house in a fun area

Stayed here to go check out the Bourbon Trail. House was perfect for our group. It’s in a fun area of town with a lot that you can walk to. Would definitely stay here again

We loved this house for our group of 9! We had plenty of room and made use of the outside too. We even played a fun derby game Every detail was thought of with snacks, coffee, enough towels, etc. and was clean! The location was also very cool, walkable neighborhood with convenient choices down the street. We grabbed great coffees at Lucia’s and pizza from BoomBozz! Great to discover another part of Louisville and would recommend for others staying with a group. Thank you, James and team for making our trip so comfortable!

We had a great time with a very well stocked house. All the instructions were very clear, and easy to understand and follow. The location was amazing, 15min from everything we needed.

the house was clean, the host was friendly, there were TV's in just about every room. plenty of games and activities to do near by. the one bedroom had some cable, tv issues. a bad connection or wire was frayed. but other than that it was a nice stay. thank you

Wonderful Highlands getaway

Beautiful older house with a lot of character. The surrounding neighborhood is awesome with short walks to small shops and restaurants. Very good vibe!

Amazing Location

this house was exactly as advertised. Great location, clean and full of everything that you would need for the stay. The communication with the management company was excellent. The hot tub was clean and a perfect touch. I would stay there again 10 out of 10 times.

Wow! Where do I begin!? The home was clean, big, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Everything about the experience was delightful. We had a schedule hiccup at the beginning and the owners were accommodating with such grace! We were so cozy and comfy. It was just perfect.

Wonderful vacation

We loved staying here!! The home is beautiful and cozy! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, we spent a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and the basement was a blast for our youngest (who is 7)! We were all adults plus her, so it was the perfect space for all ages! Great location and the host was so kind!!

Bachelorette weekend

We had a bachelorette weekend planned in another city but the weather complicated that so we had a last minute weekend in Louisville and it was wonderful! The house is huge, big enough for any number of guests and there is everything there that you need. The location is perfect! Within walking distance of all kinds of places to eat and shops and just a short drive downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Park your car and you won’t have to move it

100% walkable neighborhood with parks, restaurants, and shops. House was perfect for family of 6 adukts but could sleep three more kids and another 2 adults comfortably. Amenities were great and communication was also top notch. Would use again

Girls’ Weekend

A group of girls in our family stayed in this home for a long weekend. The home was big enough to spread out. The furnishings were stylish and fun. The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous old homes, and there is a park nearby. The property manger is very responsive, and I would recommend this home!

Wonderful experience, great house

Beautiful house, thoughtfully designed and laid out in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything in Louisville. Plenty of bedrooms for me and my four other friends. House management was communicative, positive, and went above and beyond, making everything super easy. Thanks again!

Everything you’ll need

The house is in a great location one block off Bardstown Road. The neighborhood is tree lined with beautiful older homes. The house has everything you’ll need - plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, baby gates for the stairs, etc. We were all impressed with how well appointed the house was. Sat out back and enjoyed the patio. All around great experience.

Worked for what we needed

Enough bedrooms for the family. 1 full bath worked for our plans. Would have been hard if we had to be somewhere at a certain time. There are no bedroom curtains so its light all night, blinds only. Beds comfortable.
