  • You'll be right in the middle of the action. There are 6 nightclubs right outside the front door and 40 restaurants within a few blocks (in a safe walkable area, even at night). This home is perfect for groups of up to 16-people. It has 6 bedrooms with 9 beds and three comfortable pull-out couches allowing 13-people to have their own bed to sleep in. There are 4 full bathrooms. The lower level has a gathering area with a home theater, foosball, an e-pinball machine and a multi-game console with 1,000 games. The three pull out couches at the home theater make a fun place for kids to watch a movie. You'll love the rustic Kentucky Derby and Bourbon themed décor and the large kitchen/breakfast room. After a night on the town sit by the firepit and relax with a glass of wine or Kentucky bourbon.

We had a fantastic stay at Raymond’s place! Plenty of room for 14 women celebrating a bachelorette trip. The neighborhood was great and super nice as well. Always felt safe and just a short ride to downtown Louisville.

Great trip!

Our group had a great time at this property! Plenty of space to spread out, loved the basement hang out space, owners were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating and responsive. House was well organized and clean. We already have it booked again for another upcoming trip and can’t wait to go back!

This house was perfect for our group of 10—plenty of space for us, and everything you'll need to have an excellent time. St. Matthews is a great neighborhood, and we were able to walk everywhere - bars (with live music), restaurants (to watch football), and there's a park nearby, as well. Only about a 15-minute ride to the downtown area (Whiskey Row - enjoyed the Old Forester tour). Raymond was quick to reply when we needed him. A stay!

Wonderful!

Loved the house. Spacious, airy, seating for 8 at the kitchen table, lots of seating in the game room so our group of 8 friends could hang out together easily. Short drive to a downtown Food Tour, Churchill Downs, a horse farm tour, and a 1 block walk to Graeters ice cream ! Ray is a helpful & friendly host. Highly recommend!

Weekend family gathering

The location was very good and the unit was clean. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, but no tub (which would have made bathing the babies and young children in our group easier). The basement room is still a bit of "a work in progress" but we still utilized it a lot - great play space for the kids. The owner was quickly and fully responsive related to a couple of minor problems. Overall = recommended.
