"Lady who checked in was really short and snippy. Took forever standing in lobby really hot and took forever. Walking to room there is trash floating in pond. Holiday Inn Louisville Downtown by IHG
"No change for the laundry the 4 days we were there. Halls needed vacuumed. Staff very friendly, No parking close by, valet parked everyday and it was nice, but got expensive. Rooms clean."
