This was our second stay at this location (first time since new ownership) and we find it to be a very convenient location, close to a lot of amenities like the Museum of Fine Art and Mont Royal as well as near a subway station to make transportation around the city easier. The rooms are clean and bright and having a balcony offers a nice spot to come back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We have used the pool/terrance previously while visit in the summer and it was also appreciate after warm days of exploring. Check in/out is smooth and staff are all friendly and helpful. No complaints at all and we will definitely return for our next trip to Montreal!

Couches are dirty need cleaning or replaced, the communication w the management company was poor as i messaged several times that I had no light in the bathroom. Was without light in the bathroom for 2 days
