Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit.

What an amazing place! The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace with stunning views of the lough and the kitchen is very well equipped.Padraig is an absolute gentleman and a wonderful host.
