"It was nice being right on the river! Enjoyed watching all the river action!! The boys really enjoyed the pool table and game room! Location is close to lots of amenities! We took kayaks down the river one day then launched tubes the next right from the property. Parked the truck down the river at a park and launch to land it was very convenient! "

"Location of home is amazing for a get together with friends without being disturbed by others. Back yard is great for relaxing by the fire and listening to the sounds of nature and the water feature. Rooms are large and home is set up nicely for multiple couples. We didn't utilize the river gazebo from the house but did make it a stop for a break during our canoe trip. Highly recommend this home! If we choose Loudonville for next year's water get away, we will stay here again."

"This property was beautiful, immaculate, comfy and cozy. 8 of us stayed here and it was incredibly well appointed, with games, books, a game room which was heaven to our eight year old, and a living room, kitchen space and den that were the perfect size. A truly gorgeous home, a very responsive and helpful host, great location and well stocked home away from home. Loved the fire pit area and the dining room overlooking the leafy backyard and swing. "
