"The water views are beyond picture-perfect. The owners clearly put great care into providing every amenity you could think of! The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and the views from inside are simply unbeatable. Step outside onto expansive decking, enjoy the fantastic hot tub, stroll down to the private beach, or relax by the dock - it’s all incredible. "Amazing time. Very secluded. Such a beautiful and CLEAN place. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. They have a little Dyson vacuum to keep it clean. It was great because so many rentals do not even give you a broom to use. Beds are comfortable. The view from the bedroom at night and in the morning was beautiful. We woke up early to catch the sunrise.The pool is so relaxing with the view of the river. We crabbed right off of the dock. Caught so many crabs with hot dogs and Spam....

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. "We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "Our stay in Reedville was very relaxing. Our guests ranged in age from 16 months to 84 years old. The littlest were delighted with the beach and the water was perfect for wading.
