Not my first visit to this hotel. Clean snd comfortable room, lovely staff and a great breakfast. Spacious car park too.

Cedar Court Bradford
The room we were initially given had no tea or coffee making items stocked so had to go reception to be given items. Then discovered we had no hot water from the shower, we discovered this when we started to get ready to go out. Manager moved us rooms and reimbursed the price of breakfast as a goodwill. ...

Innovation House
The heating was off in the middle of winter Neither bedside lamps worked The wardrobe was a filing cabinet There was no shower gel in the dispenser Teabags were open to the elements - should be sealed There was only 1 toilet roll. When the property is not manned there should be spares
