"This was a lovely area close to amenities such as walking trails, swimming and a very well maintained golf course. The house had everything two couples needed for a quick get away holiday. It was nicely decorated with a deck and gas bbq.The town which is very close offered groceries, restaurants and shopping.We were very impressed with the surroundings and anglophones should not hesitate to visit as the locals also spoke English and were very welcoming."

"The view alone would be reason enough to stay at this wonderful property, but we also adored the beautiful house, charming village, excellent hiking within a reasonable drive (rivière du chene, rivière gentilly, and the national Parc mauricie), and of course the hot tub. Excellent, we’ll be back!"

It was VERY clean and well cared for.I stayed just for a few days with my daughter to visit Quebec City, which is probably 40 minutes away.We loved our stay here....In fact with cut touristing short one day just to come back to the cabin to relax.I recommend to anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city."

"We are frequent VRBO customers. The location was perfect for our purpose, and the home was peaceful with lovely surroundings and large sun-filled rooms. However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. For example, the fireplace was not working, the welcome/instruction book was only provided in French and we understood and we understood “important” so we called the...
