"Really bad experience at this hotel. Hotel does not appear as it looks online. Beware before booking. Any area of the hotel outside of the actual room is old, beat up, dirty, paint chipping and smelly. Everything had a musty old smell. While the room was "ok" it lacked cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. All over the floor and in the bathroom. Lipstick on the cups in the kitchen area and on a pillowcase. The fridge handles had gunk all over them. "We had a wonderful second stay at the Dune Suite Oceanfront and had a great time once again. This time we stayed on the 5th floor with an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely amazing. Our suite had a cute small kitchen with a nice-sized refrigerator, which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One small note is that our room only had a thick sheet rather than a traditional blanket, which may not be warm enough for...

"The room was clean but the hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The bed was not very comfortable. Parking garage needs security cameras and/or restrooms since we saw someone using the garage as a restroom. Also stairways need air fresheners to combat marijuana smell. "
