"I was very happy to stay in East Austin and find a pet-friendly tiny house. I did an extended stay and was able to work from the property--the wifi was strong enough to manage multiple zoom meetings. The courtyard was great for my dog and I to spend time, welcome friends (I previously lived in Austin) or just enjoy the dappled sunlight under the shade of trees. Check in and out were very simple. It was within walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants, bars and coffeeshops in Austin. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and property amenities. The grocery store in the building is a HUGE bonus. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen it was awesome. The building itself is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the “dirty 6” the Main Street to get there is very sketch unfortunately we walked one block over and felt much safer. You can walk all over down to the bar bridge and the shopping area. We only used an Uber to go to the airport and Franklins BBQ. "

"Great communication via text. There are 3 different codes you need handy to enter the building and apartment which was a little bit of a pain. We stayed in a studio apartment with a Murphy bed. I would have loved either a coffee table or a side table for when we were on the sofa watching tv for my coffee. Other than that, great stay, great room and staff. "

"The apartment was set up nicely for 2 couples. Nice sized kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms very spacious and restrooms very clean and spacious. They could provide more bath towels and wash clothes and pool towels. Only provided 2 per bathroom for 4 people staying a full week. Not enough toilet tissue either. No coffee maker was provided. We purchased a small one and left it there when we left. All in all very nice and very reasonably priced."
