"This property was amazing! It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It far from restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out. The kids loved the TV and bunk beds. I was very pleased with this rental. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is the place to do it! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you! "

"We were a family of 7, multi-generations and this was the perfect house for us. We needed to be in Brownsville for a state track meet so staying in South Padre wasn't ideal. We found this gem on the historic Palm Blvd. Lots of living space for everyone and attention to detail with the amenities. The grounds were pictured as lush and green but the intense heat had taken a toll. It would have been great to have the tree debris blown off of the patio prior to guest arrival. "We had an amazing time and enjoed our stay at this location, the house was well kept, spacious and area was nice and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone wanting tonspend time in the Rio Grand Valley. The Manager was very nice and lives right next door which was very convenient. 5 stars all day long!"
