"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

"Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody...

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few...

"Lovely clean apartment on site bar and snack bar very reasonable prices. Arrived earlier than check in time and man on reception said he would come and find us when room was ready which he did and we checked in 2 hours early. Very clean modern room stayed before and since then it’s had a upgrade and would happily stay again and recommend these apartments "

"Relatively quiet, felt isolated in spite of the number of guests. Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool. Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store."
