Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. The first room I checked into was too close to the freeway so I was graciously given another room further down the hall. This Hampton Inn is older and needs remodeling. When I pulled up, the grass was over grown. The bathroom had wall paper peeling off, the hallway ceiling on the 3rd floor had water stains, and the arms on the chairs in the breakfast lounge were stained with dirt. They ran out of yogurt for 3-4 days and the juice machine was out of order for 2 days. I extended my visit until 5pm for check out but the front desk attendant failed to tell me that I needed to bring my keycard to reprogram. I wasn’t able to get into my room after 11am so I had to go back down to the receptionist to let them know the card was not working. The receptionists just need more training on how to properly communicate correct procedures with clients. Since they carry the “Hilton” name, it should signify at least a 4 star.
The room is clean,tidy and new carpets. The bed was comfortable and had fluffy pillows. I requested housekeeping after 48 hours and she did a wonderful job. I would probably stay here again since I know now what to expect.
