We usually stay in hotels in which the rooms and amenities are better for the price. Unfortunately because of FIFA, rates for all accommodations in the area were inflated, this being no exception. Location was excellent.

I had such a lovely stay! The room was very clean and many extras, were provided, i.e., coffee, tea, filtered water, internet, TV, sunscreen, lotion. It was close to my daughter's apartment and also within walking distance to shops/restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of parking close by. The owners were very accommodating and friendly to me and to my daughter/grandson when they came to visit. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Santa Monica!

Sunny room in a beautiful quiet neighborhood one block from the rose garden on Ocean Ave. Shops around the corner on Montana. Not far by car from the pier and 3rd Street Promenade. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This place as listed as a whole house which it is not. It’s a tiny room you are staying in inside the owners house even though it is advertised as a couples suite. None of the photos listed are of the actual unit but all of the owners house lol. Terrible terrible people that are willing to even pull some stuff like this there was zero privacy. Zero communication. When we got there we were confused as to why the door was locked on the unit with the photos in the listing. Come to find out that was the owners house. There isn’t even one picture of the room you will be staying in on this listing so don’t take the photos as any kind of show of what you’ll be getting. The worst part? You know how it’s advertised as a couples suite? Well they interrupted us while we were having sex by knocking on the door clearly not happy by what we were doing in there so if you think you will have any sense of privacy, don’t even bother.

We have had the best time staying here! What attention to detail! Even a basket with beach towels and a hat! Thank you so much for the bottle of wine you left us. That was incredibly thoughtful. Out of all the Vrbos I’ve stayed in, this was the cutest and most convenient. The room was a soft, pretty yellow with big windows that made it feel very garden-y. And what a great neighborhood! Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and the Catholic church for Mass on Sunday. I really can’t recommend it highly enough. Which is sad because now everyone will come here and I’ll never be able to get back in! Thank you, dear hosts!
