True living in the Hollywood Hills experience! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Absolutely stunning views, clean and comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Frances was a wonderful host. 10 out of 10!

Make sure to turn around when you pull into the driveway to see the Hollywood sign - what a breathtaking way to start your vacation. This location can't be beat! Couple that with Frances amazing communication, amenities galore and super comfy beds and you have the perfect retreat. Literally 15 minutes from Warner Bros Studio and 10 min from Universal, my daughter and I had a great time. When I am back in LA, I will most definitely stay here again, A

A peaceful and quiet retreat. The perfect location for writers or creatives. Our host, Frances, was gracious and thoughtful. Attention to every detail was taken into consideration in furnishing and stocking this efficient guest house. The decor is bright and cheery with lovely artwork. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is small but incredibly well organized. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Parking is afe and right outside the door. This is a great place for anyone with mobility issues as there are only one or two small steps inside and outside the unit. There is an amazing collection of DVDs and books. You could easily stay occupied here without having to leave for days. There's also a charming, private patio with plenty of seating for relaxing or having your morning coffee outside. Thoughtful additions like an earthquake kit and flashlights were appreciated. It was so peaceful and quiet, we both slept like babies. And, above all, everything was sparkling clean. Highly recommend this jewel in the Hollywood Hills.

This was a great place with a fun view. Easy walk to a Runyan Canyon trail. Easy drive to Hollywood area and freeway access. Frances was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I highly recommend this serene house in the Hollywood Hills. As a former resident of the area, this is the perfect spot for me to stay when I return to visit friends. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It’s extremely private and safe. The most appealing aspect is that it’s within walking distance to Runyon Canyon hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Hollywood Vibe was palpable throughout the property, from framed movie posters to the view, from the driveway, of the actual Hollywood sign in the distance.It was clean and eclectic, colorful and functional, and we all enjoyed it thoroughly.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The property is a beautiful, stylish, clean, safe, and comfortable haven in the Hollywood hills. I hope to be back and would recommend it to family and friends. Walking distance (15min) from Runyon Canyon trailhead. The hostess is exceptional as well! One of the highlights during the stay for me was watching hummingbirds in the garden.

We had an excellent stay! The location was wonderful with beautiful views and a short drive to Universal or Hollywood blvd. The house was so cool with awesome decor! My family enjoyed staying there, plenty of room, all the amenities you need and entertainment.

Cute little guest house. In some ways, it is close to everything. It is not "grab a cup of coffee around the corner" close; you will have to drive down the hill. But it's otherwise convenient to all the usual LA sites. I was warned by others that living off of Mulholland is a pain; that it is impossible to get out on the road. This was NOT the case for me--very easy to get onto Mulholland.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Frances' house! The guest home is very comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout and all of the amenities you need for a great stay. The location is beautiful and the house is an easy walk to Runyon Canyon and its great trails and views. We met Frances during our stay and she was very hospitable and easy to communicate with.
