Room was not the best. We got the “two bedroom suite” just a bed and a desk with a tv and another bed in the other room, if that’s all you need then maybe you’d like it. Bathroom was nasty found a huge spider living in tub. Area around tub was dirty blood smear on the wall and shower curtain. The hinge of the bathroom door was hanging on by one screw I have children and someone could’ve definitely been hurt. Pool is basically open to anyone, faces the street with just a switch of the lock anyone can enter. Location is right by freeway and on a grimey looking street. Staff didn’t seem to care or be concerned about anything when we first brought our room conditions to their attention. Although we booked for a three night stay we immediately decided to check out next morning.
General manager Daniel Garcia also wasn’t helpful in anyway kept saying we wouldn’t get our money back and that the room we had was a $600 a night room and we got a huge discount from booking through Expedia “so what do you expect”? He was unhelpful and could’ve cared less all while standing with a sign which stated “dedicated to your satisfaction”! As a “General Manager”? After reaching out to Expedia he would not return phone calls trying to hinder me from receiving my refund. I would never return. And save your money and go somewhere else .
We booked the Hilton Garden Inn after and had a great experience !!
