Clean apartment in nice location, basic space with reasonable amenities. The efficiency apartment building is old and a bit worn, but across the street from the ocean with a good view.

Loved the ocean view and great layout of the apartment. Furnishings cheap everything screwed together loose noisy. Had a wonderful time.

AI runs this property. There is no human-like customer service. This is my first review for a vacation rental that was not 5 stars. Pros: The location is very nice since it is oceanfront. In my opinion, the cost is only for the location. It is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. To get to the beach, you have to take the elevator down, cross the street, and walk down a very steep ramp. This was no problem for us, but I would not recommend this place if you have trouble walking.Cons: The bed is very uncomfortable. It is cheaply made and squeaks with any slight movement. A light sleeper would struggle with this bed. The couches are also very uncomfortable and attached with loud Velcro. The kitchen has limited supplies. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty when we got there. There were no oven mitts, Tupperware, or mixing bowls. We brought our own beach gear, but none was provided. I have never stayed in a beach rental that didn't provide beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall, I would not stay here again unless the furniture was replaced. I would also have to bring my own kitchen supplies from home. This is an expensive rental that took the cheap way out to maximize profit, with no regard for providing a comfortable and convenient vacation.

Overall, it is a nice location and walking distance to the Village. It had everything that you need on site, with the exception of a parking spot that will accommodate a large truck. If you have a vehicle larger than a Toyota Tacoma you are S.O.L. I had to park approximately a mile away in a Torrance neighborhood that did not have any parking restrictions. Had I known this I would have not stayed here. p.s. I will not elaborate, but the manager of the apartments was of no help.
