Cari was super responsive and addressed questions/issues right away. Location is great in Studio City. We had a great stay, it’s like having your own little apartment in a gated area. It was quiet, clean, updated and grounds are nicely kept. Would definitely stay again.

Our Host did an amazing job making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The back yard is adorable. The proprrty was extremely clean and nicely furnished! The Kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you would need!Off street parking was a bonus and the location suited our plans perfectly!

It was perfect.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the US, Canada and Europe and this is one of the best - well decorated, attractive, clean and well organized with amenities of a real home. My family and I had a great weekend while staying here at this home. We were celebrating my daughter's high school graduation and my son's birthday with some trips to the local amusement parks. The home is very clean and is full of many useful items to make your stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and her communication is wonderful. There are many great things to do in the area and also some very delicious restaurants to eat at as well.

Beautiful home - more than met our expectations!

This home was perfect for us! We came in town over Thanksgiving to spend it with our daughter who lives in LA (North Hollywood). I knew Toluca Lake was close-only 5 minutes from her home. The location is close to main roads/hwys, grocery stores, restaurants and easy access to wherever you need to go. Cari was wonderful to work with and communicated well. Home was as pictured and had everything you need. It felt like a home. Quality appliances and finishes. This will definitely be our go to place for our future visits!

This property and furnishings are brand new and the owners are so sweet. Interior design is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. We had a fantastic stay! Property is well equipped. We couldn’t ask for more. We loved having our own area for parking and the location is on point; super close to Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studios. There’s also coffee shops and grocery stores close by. The rental sits behind the owner’s main house on the same lot but privacy was never an issue. Everything was immaculate and should I make another visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend! Thanks again Cari (and team)!
