About this space
Welcome to Sanyonthehill a hilltop oasis in Silverlake Los Angeles. It’s 10 minutes from downtown LA and many attractions including Dodgers stadium, LA Live, Crypto arena, Griffith Observatory and world class restaurants. The home has 2 wings, each wing has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, living room, rooftop patio and bbq grill. The home also a has a state of the art gym and yoga studio with a peloton bike. The home is ideal for large groups trips, multiple families, work retreats and much more.
The space
My place is filled with extra touches to make your stay truly memorable. Fire up the outdoor grill for a sizzling barbecue, challenge your friends to a fun game of ping pong/pool, or rejuvenate your body in the fully equipped gym and yoga studio.

As your personal host, I am dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and comfort throughout your stay. From providing insider tips on the best local attractions to making sure every detail is taken care of, I'll go above and beyond to ensure you have an extraordinary experience.

For families with babies we have a pack n play that has a bassinet and a high chair.

The neighborhood is a fitness and nature lover's paradise, there are 2 hiking stairways on the street that run from the top to the bottom of the hill that reward those who climb with stunning jetliner views of LA including the Hollywood sign.

You’re also 10 minutes away from Silver Lake’s hottest cafes, restaurants and nightlife including Bakari, 4100 Bar, Cha Cha Lounge, Los Globos, Tiki Ti, and El Cid.

There is a Whole Foods, CVS and Vons grocery store within 10 minutes of the home.

Other nearby attractions include Dodger Stadium, Elysian Park, Grifith park and Observatory, Crypto arena , Silverlake and Los Feliz Golf Course.

The home is the best of both worlds for those who want a staycation to enjoy time with friends/family and for the adventurers who want to explore all the nearby attractions in Los Angeles.

Our hillside retreat is accessed via a steep road that adds to the charm and privacy of your stay.

Please note that parking directly on the property is limited to 3 cars. Additional cars can park at the bottom of the hill and walk up a flight of stairs directly to the property.

Please note that our hot tubs are currently out of order and we’re in the process of replacing them. They won’t be available during your stay.

Overall is satisfactory. One of the two units has issue with sink in the kitchen with drainage issue and the manager responded to the request to fix it timely.

We came from across country for a family wedding. Six bedrooms and adequate bathrooms and shared space. Bright and sunny and very comfortable!The only drawback: the driveway is very steep so uber and taxi drivers would not come down the hill. None of us had a problem walking up the hill (a little tricky in heels) but the property would not be appropiate for anyone who is unsteady on their feet, or uses a cane or walker, unless they have their own car.

Enjoyed our stay here as it allowed large group of friends to all stay together under one roof instead of having to book multiple hotel rooms. Location was great as well though the drive up in a 15 passenger van was an adventure. Host was always responsive to any questions.

Enjoyed the stay. Great property consisting of 2 - 3 bedroom units side by side. Location worked very well for our flight arrangements from Burbank. The drive up the hill to property could be challenging for some drivers. Parking is tight. Host was very friendly and available for any questions. Thanks!

Wonderful stay in this high end property. It had plenty of room for our family to gather. Large master suites and comfortable queen and twin bedrooms. Well stocked amenities, lots of sunny outdoor spaces for relaxing and convenient to upscale markets, freeway and river for walks. Located in nice residential area. Wonderful stay and owner very responsive to my questions and texts.
