    Recientemente construida en los últimos años, nuestra casa de estilo loft es una joya arquitectónica de dos pisos. Un plano de planta abierto, muy ligero y espacioso, muebles cuidadosamente diseñados, obras de arte, comodidades y una excelente ubicación brindan el entorno perfecto tanto para el placer como para los viajeros de negocios. Decorado con una sensibilidad zen, el Loft House cuenta con dos habitaciones (una de estilo loft), aire acondicionado, bañera de hidromasaje, cocina totalmente equipada, terraza con vista exterior, garaje privado cerrado con control remoto, Internet inalámbrico, canales de películas premium (Showtime ) además de muchas más comodidades.

    Ubicado a poca distancia de las playas de arena en el corazón de Santa Mónica, también estamos a 1 milla de tiendas de clase mundial y los mejores bares y restaurantes.

    Garaje privado y cerrado con control remoto: tendrá uso exclusivo de un garaje cerrado y privado para dos autos que se abre con un control remoto.

    Dentro del garaje hay una lavadora y secadora nuevas, apilables y de carga frontal.

    También encontrará dos bolsas de playa, sillas de playa y toallas de playa aquí para su placer.

    Puede ingresar a la casa de huéspedes de forma segura desde el garaje, o sus visitantes pueden ingresar desde la acera.

A clean, lovely apartment with garage parking close to the beach. We had all the cooking equipment we needed, the linens were spotless and the kids loved having 2 TVs :) Highly recommend this place!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Deborah was super helpful amd responsive. This was a very pleasant stay for our family. We walked to the pier, there were groceried and restairants within a few minutes and it was a quick Uber ride into Topanga Canyon for the wedding we were here to attend.

Great location. Easy to walk and see things. Safe neighborhood. Inside was very clean. Outside stairwell and upstairs balcony could have been swept. WiFi was slow /below average and had difficulty streaming on TV or cell phones.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the area felt safe throughout our visit. It’s about a mile from the Santa Monica Pier and the Metro train, and it was very easy to get picked up by Waymo for short rides around the area. We had no issues at all during our 4-day stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

It was a great place to relax and explore Santa Monica. Nice and airy, the loft was comfortable and the deck off of it was a nice surprise. Neighborhood is great to walk about, and lose to things.

Beautiful place - very clean and well maintained. The garage space was a big help in not being worried about the hours of street parking.Of note, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs on a spiral staircase, so just needs to be utilized by people with good mobility.

Great place in Santa Monica...

Our stay at Deborah's place was great! Great location and we walked to shops, restaurants and the beach. Very easy check in and communication with the host. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect spot to explore LA

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. 15-20 minute walk to a trader Joe’s and a great kitchen to work in. We loved the location and the separate spaces. Would 100% stay here again
