Què li ha agradat: Neteja

Had a very nice stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. Took complete advantage of the outdoor pool and grill on those warm days. Neighborhood was good.

A very nice home for family vacations - Value for money!

Our family had a very nice stay at this house! We were welcomed by the house Owner as agreed and throughout our stay we experienced very timely and friendly response to our requests. The house and the appliances would benefit from some renewals but overall our expectations for a family holiday in LA were met. Opportunities for improvements include: Increase the size of the dining room so larger groups can actually eat together, replace older appliances, fix the ice maker and oven that didn't work. Thanks for having us stay in this spaceous home!

Very nice place kids loved the pool

The property was great owners very nice . House was nice wish there was more seating areas pull out beds weren't the best .

Overall OK

It was very easy dealing with owner regarding getting the keys and their being friendly and responsive.. Remember: I am only putting the negative comments. - The sofa was broken, the leg would come off and we would fall, and we did. ( I hope they will replace that) - The stairs had metal edges, we have got to be very careful walling on those stairs, else... - The water in the showers would flow at such a high force, not much regulation, (Or I did not how to regulate )

Delighted with our Stay

It is as advertised a 5 bedroom house 4 bathrooms, it was everything we expected it to be. The location for us was perfect easy freeway access and 20 min away from our event, there were grocery store and restaurants within a couple of mile of us. The house itself has was clean and in order everything worked and we had no issues. I would recommend this house to any large group or family coming to Los Angles for a event or function. Tomasa our contact was there to give and get the keys on time, and always responded to my Emails. We enjoyed our time there and if we were ever back in Los Angles for a large function again I would stay here again.

Mediocre

The house in the pictures definitely doesn't look like the house when you arrive. It needs a lot of updating for the price paid nightly. The air conditioning didn't work; I reached out to the owner to report that we had no air working and she did not pick up the phone on several call attempts, nor did a technician arrive when she stated via text that a technician would be by at some point to repair the unit so we would be able to cool the home. There were ants and spiders everywhere and we ended up buying ant bait to help with some of the ants. The kitchen countertops were tile and the grout was very dirty and cracking, and the bathrooms desperately needed updating; some water pressure was soft in some rooms and some of the bathroom lights did not work. Also, there are no lightbulbs in several rooms, and the majority of the kitchen utensils and appliances were old - probably original - and didn't seem to work so we cleaned by hand; old lemons were also left on the kitchen counter. The pool had bugs floating in the bottom and appreared to have not been cleaned, and there was a light that was floating in the pool that didn't work, so the pool wasn't lighted. The were rusty scissors in the bottom of the pool also. The folks did try and clean the place prior to our arrival, and while they were accommodating, I just don't feel like I got a good value for the price paid. It was spacious and we had enough room, but I definitely can't recommend this place.
