A premier feature of the home is the rooftop crow’s nest offering 360° views of your surroundings and offering the most epic moments to take in the vibrant sunset or the fireworks on the 4th of July. The 2nd floor balcony, facing the ocean, offers comfortable chaise lounge seating ideal for losing yourself in the pages of a good book.

As you head out to explore the area beyond the home, you’ll find the tranquil Alamitos Bay on the other side of the peninsula, perfect for leisurely water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and dedicated workstation.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• We adhere to a strict Good Neighbor Policy - noise, parties, smoking/vaping, and late night activity are not allowed. Quiet hours between 10p-8a are strictly enforced. Violations of these rules will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Garage, driveway, and street parking available for 2 vehicles. An EV charger is available in the garage.
• This home does not include air conditioning, as like many beachfront homes, the ocean breeze serves as such.
• Fireplace is not for guest use.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front entrance and beach. The second is located at and actively monitoring the back alley. The third is located at and actively monitoring the side yard.
