    Recientemente reformado y ubicado en la muy buscada "Milla de Oro" en Lorne, este excepcional, luminoso y moderno apartamento de 3 dormitorios en Kalimna cuenta con vistas de 180 grados de Louttit Bay. Totalmente amueblado con muebles de diseño y réplica, este apartamento tiene capacidad para 6 personas en el lujo de la playa. La vida en planta abierta maximiza la luz natural, la vista orientada al norte y está flanqueada por una amplia área de cubierta de azulejos. Con mucho espacio para la familia, las habitaciones están ubicadas en la parte trasera y cuentan con un patio sombreado para un disfrute tranquilo. Una caminata fácil de 10 minutos (a lo largo de un camino plano adecuado para cochecitos / scooters / bicicletas) a la ciudad y al Club de ahorro de vida Lorne Surf. Very average experience

The apartment was not presented well. The A/C was leaking badly whenever we use it and time wasted trying to get it sorted. Some section of the carpet got soaked as well. The place was not very clean and most of the cupboards were either locked or filled with cleaning equipment's. Poor value for money.

Well set out

We enjoyed our stay, apartment is well set out, fans in bedrooms would be a bonus. Fantastic views and a nice walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Would stay again

Good apartment, but lot of room to improve

Good bits: excellent location, balcony, good sized rooms, secured location, kitchen well equipped for tools. Improvements needed: - dishwasher does not work. Dishes come out dirty and those in the cupboards were obviously dirty too. Had to wash all utensils by hand. - no basic kitchen perishables provided. No salt, sugar, tea/coffee, oil. - cooling: one AC in entire apartment. No fly screens in master or second bedroom. So can’t keep windows open either. - bathroom: shower is terrible. Just sprays water all over in the shower but not on you. - limited toilet rolls provided. - price: high especially when above basic requirements are not met.

Lovely outlook

A nice, easy laid out apartment in a great location a little away from the main drag, but only a 7 minute leisurely walk. Apartment itself was good, but the following need repair or updating: Dishwasher - didn't wash dishes properly, so had to take them out after a cycle and manually wash them - double handling and annoying Toilet in ensuite - didn't flush properly so regularly had to flush 2 or 3 times Shower in ensuite - shower head needs replacing as water doesn't flow evenly and goes everywhere No fans in bedrooms so on hot nights there's no way of getting cool and given there's no fly wire on sliding door in master bedroom, you would get bitten by mozzies if you chose to leave it open. Otherwise a nice comfortable apartment especially the couch. Wifi would be a great added addition to be included given the high price being charged at this time of year and so many other properties include this, especially if you have to work or study whilst on holdiays

Location great nice views.

Place was well layed out. Very clean. The only things were the fridge compressor was very noisy. A Clothes dryer I would thought would be a must. Which affects future bookings for us. Otherwise close walk to town, beach and pier.

Great apartment

Beautiful spacious apartment, great views and location, nice and clean, short walk into town or to the pier. Only minor gripe was that lock on apartment door was broken (we couldn't lock door when we left the apartment). We were promised a repairman, who never came, so we left it unlocked entire time. No big deal but would have been if someone had broken in! A minor detail however - apartment was great, would book it again.

Perfect Lorne

This is the way to do Lorne, particularly in the busy period. Stayed here at peak Summer time, and it's location out of the main throng was refreshing. Still only a short walk (or kids scooter) into the main drag. Near the quieter rocky beaches around the pier. lovely walk back too along the rocks The apartment itself is well designed and very good quality - the generous deck becomes like another room in the summer. The views are great right across the bay. It's stylishly furnished with a kitchen full of everything you need. You'll end up wishing you owned it.

fantastic views, en suite needs to be renovated and was not cleaned properly but everything else was lovely and would stay again.
