"Do not stay here if you are disabled or unable to carry your bags up a steep flight of outdoor metal stairs. The unit I stayed in is a refurbished attic. It’s well done and has a kitchenette. But, there does not appear to be any air conditioning. There is heat. I was there when it was cool, but it’s a second floor bedroom so it’s probably hot in the summer. "This property is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location in Lyme with off street parking which is like hens teeth in the area. The property is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend for a break of any length"

"This property was excellent, it provided everything we needed and more. Michael, our host, was very friendly and helpful. The area was beautiful and very quiet. Communication through Vrbo left a lot to be desired. We had problems accessing the app to find out details which was not the fault of our host Michael."

"Cottage was in a lovely location very peaceful setting however there were a couple cleanliness issues, black mould on alot of the tiles in the shower, the shower is definitely not made for anyone bigger than a size 14 and lots of limescale on the shower head the bed frame was very dusty and the toilet kept dumping water periodically which was annoying at night also we didn't realise you had to " book" the hot tub, that being said its was a lovely relaxing break and would definitely stay there...
