"My non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was stail and heavy. My bed had an old blood or chocolate stain. Told myself it was chocolate and removed it from my bed. The rest of the hotel worked fine. It was clean, hot water, clean towels. Breakfast was simple and filling. Wish they offered fruit too. Staff was friendly."

"We asked for our room to be cleaned since we was there Thursday-Sunday well they added it to the list but no one cleaned the room plus we had to asked for towels each day! Unfortunately I will not be staying at the spark anymore due to those reasons"

"Breakfast was simple and filling. The room had extensive moisture damage on the walls and doors. Fixtures were starting to come out of the wall in the bathroom. Doors and handles were sticky. Bed was extra firm. Room was clean, bed was clean, hot water and clean towels."

"The property condition was okay, except when the remodeling was finished, the top of the refrigerator was about 1/4 thick with dust and dirt. Also, no toilet paper was present in the restroom. The check-in staff was good However they were not very accommodating when we requested additional towels."
