Viatges a Longs

Hotel room was very clean but the pools and amenities could use some maintenance and cleaning. Both pools were very cloudy and the skimmers weren’t working on any of the pools or lazy river. Staff was very friendly but you will be asked to sit for a timeshare promotion upon check in which you can decline. Great beach access and enjoyed the location of the Tiki Bar. Beds were comfortable and room was nice and stocked with a broom which made after breach sand cleanup easy.

The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap

Clean room

Staff was helpful & friendly. Room was clean and comfortable for what we paid. Balcony view was great. We were not able to use the pool during our 4 day stay because there was no chairs open at any time. Very overcrowded at all times. Seems like people from outside the hotel were using the facility on a daily basis in addition to the paying guests. This was a big let down. The inside pool was mainly filled with all kids even in the jacuzzi. Outside bar and burger place were good. Not sure I would stay again.

Location is perfect. Definitely be back
