"Open the email & take the offer for an early check in $. We got there 2 hrs before check in & had to wait over 3 hours for the room to be ready, only after I checked personal 2 times after never getting an e-mail saying room was ready. Otherwise room was great & casino too."

"I loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel but I called for a blanket & never received it. Also, the pool was green and eventually put out of order. Wish I had an ice bucket and that I didn’t have to go from the seventh floor to the ground floor for ice."
