"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"The kitchen really came in handy, even if it was a bit small. Overall it was pretty good, the staff in the reception were lovely and very helpful, there was free coffee and tea, the terrace was stunning and the room itself was great. Would totally recommend!"

"Property was centrally located to all the go to spots in Paris. Metro was 3 min away. Room was clean as shown in the pictures. Communication was clear and staff was friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"When we arrived, the video we were sent to get in showed a key box with code. It did not work. It had been updated to a keypad outside the room, but it took some investigating to find this. The saddest part of our experience was that for 16 nights we had a 7:30am wakeup call that lasted all day of drilling and banging for renovations and construction in the building. We asked about moving but there was no option to do so.

"I’m not usually someone who writes reviews often, but even though I already posted a review on Expedia for my exceptional stay, I have to mention this as well. During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A.
What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But...

"The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. So I'm very happy and very satisfied😊 Location is perfect too, just walking distance from Sacre Couer and there are loads of shops and cafe/restaurants...

"There was no staff on site at all,
We were given combonations to enter from the street and a combonarion to enter the room.
The rooms had little which appeared to be sugar ants througout the rooms."
