"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. "Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. "First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."

"There were 3 of us and the 2 bedroom luxury apartment, which had 2 baths, was perfect. Everything was satisfactory and exactly as was pictured. The area was great and had lots of pubs and restaurants around along with food stores and attractions. Having someone on call 24/7 is a big plus and house keeping was always there. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely book again next time I visit London. Cheval is number one with stays in London."
